We had a new large capacity ducted AC system installed yesterday, replacing our 25 year old one. The guys at DACS were fantastic. From proposing different options for a system that would meet our needs, to scheduling, comms and installation, I couldn’t ask for more. I’d like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Rob, Tino, Lidia and the installation team. They were absolutely fantastic, efficient, polite, tidy and great fun. Very happy with the new system.

Unfortunately I can not give a good review for this company. Called them out to do a summer start up service and investigate an under-performing fan on our EVAP AC. 3 visits and $800 resulted in no improvement to the fan speed. Called another firm to attend and he diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. He had the part in stock, in his van. Also the electrical component that failed was part of his checklist that he performs on every EVAP service. The difference in service and expertise here is massive. Absolute failure from DACS.
On the 3rd visit from DACS the technician attempted to “gas light” us into believing there was nothing wrong with our unit. At best this was him trying to get out of a job he didn’t want to do. At worst it was his genuine professional opinion. If this is the case he should find a new profession.

We normally go through a larger aircon company, but thought we would support a local company this time round. Well, thank goodness we did because everything at DACS air conditioning has been outstanding. Their team on the day of the big installation was brilliant – a fabulous local business, I recommend this team to everyone. 5 stars plus.

I have had DACS out for 3 separate jobs and it’s always been excellent. I had a bathroom heat lamp/exhaust installed, some power points replaced, and later a new smoke alarm. They also found a replacement part for my AC and repaired it with no fuss at all. Very trustworthy and capable

From first enquiry, through quotation, and then installation, the DACS team were so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Installation was smooth and the team were courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
