In the six years, I’ve lived in my home. I’ve had issues with my air-conditioning. It has never worked properly. I’ve had multiple technicians look at it and tell me it was fine. We had Daniel N l. come by to do our regular maintenance. He found the problem that no other technician had found. My air-conditioning is now working better than it ever has. Let’s face it,nobody wants to buy a new air handler and heat pump! I know I didn’t.
I called around to several suppliers and was surprised how many were disinterested or couldn’t bo bothered to call back.
When I called accutem something seemed different.
They immediately understood what my issue was, arranged for someone to come by and assess the situation. He arrived on time to the minute, sent three different estimates based on price and quality of product as well as a quote on repairing existing system.
When the decision was made they gave me time when they would arrive to do the removal and how long it would take to complete the install. The crew was polite,well organized and left the place as clean as they found it.
They said what they would do and did what they said and on time.

We came home from vacation to a stone cold house. The heat pump was off as well as aux heat. I called at 0800 the next day and one of their journeymen, Daniel Neuman arrived around noon. Within an a couple of hours, he had diagnosed the issue and had the heat pump back running. He clearly knows his job and is also a very gracious young man. I can’t recommend him highly enough. We’ve been clients of Accutemp for many years and will continue to be in the future.

We had a terrible experience with Accutemp. They recommended we fix our furnace while another complany recommended a replacement. After multiple services and almost every part being replaced, the furnace continued to regularly malfunction. Despite very clear communication about booked service times we were rebooked with no communication multiple times. One time the tech simply did not show up despite saying they were sending someone and multiple unanswered calls on their emergency line. After a routine service another complany found a leak they had missed. We finally hired another company to replace the furnance. We had multiple episodes of poor communication and ongoing repairs despite regular servicing. Given the repetetive poor communication and service I would not recommend Accutemp.

We had Accutemp install a heat pump in our home last spring based on a recommendation from friends who had used the company. They did an amazing job for us and the heat pump has worked well since installation. We highly recommend them as an installer and to maintain the system once installed.
