This company use to be fantastic and including their customer service.
I called to ask about an issue that was fixed approx 1 year ago asking if there was a warranty on it and the customer service lady was rude and extremely condescending stating there was nothing written in the file to say they fixed it . It was in fact fixed by their technician. When I proceeded to ask if it was stated in their paperwork what was the warranty on it , thats when she became extremely rude , etc . Told it would be $120 call out fee plus $150 per hour for labour .
There is only 1 technician Jim who is fantastic but if they send you other inexperienced technicians I wish you luck . Jim should open up his own air conditioning business.
This is why we have decided to go to another company as this is the 2nd issue we have had with this company with the customer service.

The Air Conditioning Warehouse carry out warranty work for Fujitsu and Globalrez Airconditioning. I’m pleased to say the combination works very well. The communication between these identities is excellent. Brendon was assigned to check our system and quickly identified the faulty component. I happily recommend the above brands for airconditioning needs.
