Just had the reverse cycle AC unit changed over for a new Fujitsu unit and happily can report that Airomania Air Conditioning did a great job. The terms and conditions were clear and fair, the interaction with the office via email and phone was smooth and prompt with a good level of technical knowledge which was helpful. The installation was done by a dedicated professional crew and was excellent with a high level of technical competence, very neat work, friendly and cleaned up perfectly before leaving. The only issue that could have been handled better was the administration of VEU scheme and that was probably just as much my lack of understanding on how the scheme works – the value of the credits should have been identified in the quote. Overall, great job and thank you.

My new home has been left with a visible scar caused by your company. From the beginning, I experienced significant challenges with the ducted system installation, to the extent that I had described the experience as a scam. Despite all this, the ceiling damage remains unresolved.

I was even threatened that if I did not remove my review calling it a scam, this scar would be left unfixed. This is unacceptable. I demand that this damage be repaired immediately, or I will be forced to escalate this complaint further.

Every day I see this mark on my ceiling, it breaks my heart. This is my home, purchased with my hard-earned money, and I will not allow it to be ruined or ignored. Just as your company had the responsibility to install correctly, it also has the obligation to fix the damage caused.
