All Climates to the Rescue:
The real estate that was managing the rental of our property facilitated the installation of an air conditioning system in the loft bedroom. Nothing was mentioned regarding the installation bt either the real estate or the tenants but when the lease finished and we needed to move back in, we discovered the worst ever installation in the history of the Dodgie Brothers Pty Ltd ( check out the pic) .The company who installed it, to their credit inspected the debacle and stated that it was te only way to do it. After organising several appointments with a number of local installers and hearing stories of sickness, personal injury, vehicle issues as excuses for not showing up I contacted All Climates. All Climates are not local to me and were busy but I still had an early before work appointment for the following week. Surprise surprise, Adrian arrived on the day at the time of the booking and assured me that, that was not the only way to install the unit in it’s place, provided a reasonable quote to not only fix the installation issue but would also install a dedicated outlet( which is a regulatory requirement). The next week Adrian again, attended when he said he would and not only ran new electric and gas supplies and installed a dedicated outlet, he fixed the wall. The next day Adrian’s wife Trish called and advised that we may qualify for a rebate and offered to look into it for us.Trish contacted me a couple of days later and advised we did meet the rebate requirements and it would be transferred in to my account.
Dealing with All Climates was a little like getting a mate to do it for you. There was no service fee for assessing the job, they turned up at the agreed time. None of ghis 0800 to 1230 estimations. The works to be performed were clearly documented and stated including referencing the regulatory requirements, the workmanship, not comparing to the initial install but to the broader expectation was high quality, and Trish and Adrian are bloody good people.
I have no hesitation in recommending All Climates for any of your air conditioning maintence or installations.

The two technicians were on time, polite, efficient and mindful of my mother’s mobility needs while they were in her home.
