Came at 7am left 7:15 am

Because I regularly clean the inside filter half the job was done
Ran it on heater
Quick check in roof left happy with the aircon
Sent invoice for a $220 quick look around my roof

Had emailed back offering to pay only half as a general service to me would involve more servicing not something I could do myself in 15 min by just having a look around

Wouldn’t recommend to get your aircon serviced through them when a service isn’t actually carried out but you’re still charged $220 because it’s a standard fee for a aircon service

We are very happy with the performance of our new system and though we had an issue with the control panel a few weeks after rhe install, it was quickly addresses and rectified.

The installation team were great and special mention of their female apprentice. She was brilliant and communicated exceptionally well with us during the day of the progress as we were at home during the installation, and
