Coastal Heat Pumps are a great company to work with. We subscribe to their maintenance service and it works for us. Michael N arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and polite. He efficiently completed his work removing his shoes each time he came in or out of the house. He presented his report before leaving and sent us a copy for our records
