I recently had a brand new aircon system installed in my home, and it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish! The customer service was wonderful – the team was incredibly responsive, friendly, and they patiently walked me through all the options, even when I bombarded them with questions about zoning the airflow for different rooms. They booked the installation at a convenient time and arrived punctually, geared up and ready to go.
The professional installation was spot on: They placed the main unit outside efficiently, connected everything without a hitch, and set up the sleek touch control panel on the wall inside. It’s a game-changer with both heating and cooling modes, plus the ability to focus the airflow on multiple rooms or just one for that perfect targeted comfort. They left no mess, tested everything thoroughly, and explained the controls in simple terms so I could get the most out of it right away.
These guys are pros through and through – highly recommend for anyone wanting reliable, versatile climate control!

We recently had a ducted system installed by Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning and the service was excellent from start to finish.
Tom was incredibly responsive to my initial email enquiry and spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me to really understand our home and requirements before attending a site visit less than a week later. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was during this process.
The install schedule was seamlessly coordinated by Eleonor, who kept me informed via email and promptly answered my phone queries. The whole process felt organised and well managed. From my initial enquiry to installation was only about three weeks, which was fantastic.
The installation team were professional, respectful to each other on site, and worked extremely hard from 7am through to after 3pm. There was a small glitch with three vents not fitting correctly, but this was rectified within a week of the full install without any fuss.
Clean-up was pretty good overall, though just a heads up that there is quite a bit of fine dust during this type of install. Goodbye 45+ year old swampy!
We’re now enjoying our new Panasonic ducted system and couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the whole team!

Ford and Doonan have been amazing. Right from the first contact everyone I have dealt with has been super helpful, polite and just great. I’ve dealt with other air con companies but these guys far exceed all of them. The price was great. I can’t recommend this company enough.
