The experience with Ford and Doonan was superb, from quotation to installation. The installation was complete in one day, with an overnight running of the fan, with a follow-up to commission the system the next day.
The installers enquired about the previous system, I mentioned it was working but hard to find anyone to Service, and we are looking to have ours Serviced change of Season, the installer mentioned they will let the office know who can then diarise so they can initiate contact. Being the type of after care service I am looking for.
