I was happy with the help I received from the technician, Tom, regarding a hot water tank that was not functioning. He was competent, thorough and explained what he was doing and what might be happening. It still needs to be resolved as he said it was likely an electrical issue so I have an electrician coming to look at what’s happening.

We just had a heat pump installed in our condo byMilani. We had a great experience with them. Ronald the estimator was knowledgeable and helpful. The installation guys, Mathew, Jashan and Gorasawek did their work in a fast clean way and they were always polite. They did a great job explaining what they were doing which added to my comfort level.

I recently used Milani Plumbing and was happy with my service. My initial phone call was pleasant and I was informed that I wasn’t phoning the old company, Miles plumbing. I was given their name and told to look them up if I wanted to which I appreciated and I did. I also appreciated that I was given the prices up front for service. Cost for 1st hour, cost for every extra 30 minutes and cost for snake if used. I appreciated this. Eric was pleasant and did a good job to resolve our problem. I would have given them 5 stars except they were unable to come on the day I was told which was okay because it wasn’t a crisis but it was an inconvenience. They did come first thing the next morning which I appreciated. From my experience I would recommend Milani plumbing.
