Approached Ocean Air this week for the first time regarding a heating issue with our air con system. They were polite, professional on the phone, quickly negotiate a time to come and check the system at our house located 20 mins drive out of town. When Conrad and his young apprentice arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem (mice chewing wires in the unit outdoors), did not try to sell us a whole new unit or recommend expensive replacement parts, fixed it without a fuss and charged us a very reasonable $182. Conrad altered us to their servicing discount offers in winter which we will take up in due course. Thank you Ocean Air. So much better than our previous provider. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing business! My reverse cycle broke in the middle of winter, and Brayden was amazing, diagnosed the problem and offered a solution quickly! Come to a few weeks later for my new install Jarod was efficient, polite, clean and respectful and did an amazing job! I definitely recommend Ocean Air to anyone needing a good reliable job!
