Arranged a job but just didn’t turn up and didn’t provide an explanation or respond to texts or calls. I understand aircon technicians are busy in summer but it would have been very easy to let me know so I could arrange an alternative.

After having issues with my air conditioning, I contacted Dean to organise a time for him to come out and take a look. Dean was very responsive and contacted me the same day regarding organising to come out the same week, which I was very happy about. After taking a look and grabbing the part, my air conditioning was fixed and ready to go for this summer, all for an amazing price.
