In a world where you never know how things are going to end up, I 100% knew immediately that we were in great hands with Sasquatch!! We moved into a home with no heat and needed electrical and water tank work done as well. Enter Lucas, who called me up and patiently explained the entire process to me, with such patience, friendliness and kindness!
When Mason and Casha showed up at our place a month later, it was clear that it’s a company philosophy to be so kind, professional and detail-oriented. Our house is super old and presented a lot of challenges for them, but they were unshakeable in their positivity and dedication to getting us warm in our home.
The entire way, Emily the coordinator handled my (seemingly hundreds of) questions with equal friendliness and professionalism.
I’m so glad we went with our gut and chose the coolest-named HVAC company hahaha

We have used Sasquatch for all our electrical work for nearly six years (even before the company took that name) and we wouldn’t look elsewhere. The work has included three major wiring projects and a couple of minor ones. Most recently, Tom Lemke did a great job of running two new lines from our panel to tricky-to-reach locations on the far side of our house. He was a pleasure to work with from estimate to completion.

We recently had our furnace replaced and air conditioning installed by Sasquatch Heat Pumps, and the entire experience was fast, professional, and completely seamless from start to finish.
Naveed, Brock, and Nico were fantastic to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and their workmanship was incredibly clean and precise. You can really tell they take pride in their trade. They also had great ideas for equipment placement and were very accommodating, especially while working around my husband’s bathroom renovation in the same area where they needed to run lines. They made everything easy and stress-free.
A big thank you as well to Lucas Ferguson in sales for responding so quickly, helping us get everything organized fast, and offering thoughtful, personalized options that made sense for our home and budget. The pricing was excellent and the service felt very tailored to us.

This was my second time using Sasquatch and again I’m incredibly satisfied with their service, their communication and knowledge! Kevin was awesome to deal with, super kind and calm and knew his stuff! I called during the Christmas season and they fit me in right away. Even shuffling things around to satisfy my somewhat urgent need. I highly recommend Sasquatch!

Highly recommend Sasquatch Heat Pumps and their technician Michael! He did an excellent job adding new electrical in our garage so we could safely run our infrared sauna. There were a few challenges along the way, and he handled everything seamlessly, finding solutions and making it all work perfectly. Michael was kind, professional, and left the space spotless when he was done. We’re extremely happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sasquatch Heat Pumps.:)
