I cannot thank the TC Air staff enough for helping me with my air conditioning.
I am vision impaired so anything technical is hard for me living alone.
First of all the staff on reception are so friendly and helpful.
Then Lachlan & Tyler came out. Lachlan really listened to what I was saying & validated my concerns.
He realised it was only hot air coming out & ordered the parts promptly.
I felt really looked after.
I got a surprise that the parts came in earlier 2 days before Christmas & they were on their way to get my parts installed.
Toby came out with Tyler so lovely & friendly & really expert & quick to get my parts in & air conditioning now working.
So professional.

Chris gave great advice when we needed to remove our old wall mounted split system and suggested a floor standing unit instead. Nobody really knows that there is an alternative to the ugly wall units – we are delighted with how our sleek, discreet floor-mounted split system looks and works. And he suggested an excellent painter/decorator to patch the wall and paint the room. Great customer service from Mel in the office too.

Out of six quotes to replace our previous ducted air conditioning that failed prematurely, TC Air, although the higher cost, it was the more professional to quote. The replacement was completed in less than eight hours in a very efficient and non disturbing manner. The technicians were very courteous, friendly and effective on their task. The equipment installed is performing excellently. Highly recommended.
