The A/C unit in my mother’s home went out and I gave True Air a call to come take a look. Broc came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and tried to repair the system. Broc went above and beyond trying different methods to repair the system. Unfortunately my mother’s old 20+ year old A/C system was to far gone to be repairable. Broc set us up with a new installation for a great price and he and his team got the system set up in a couple days. Broc and his team were professional, polite and didn’t try to up sell me any work that wasn’t needed. He even worked with me on my payment options. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend True Air for all your HVAC needs.

Second time I’ve used this company.
I first called them years ago when I bought my house because the A/C unit was not running. Matt came out, checked it for me and found just a small part that needed to be replaced, cost around a 150 dollars.
He was very nice, he explained everything to me, and I knew he was honest because he could have told me there were multiple things wrong, I would not have known any better!
So I called again, this time Nathan came out, he was just as nice, very personable , and knew what he was doing.
Thankfully, again it was just a small problem and a minimal fee.
I will always use True service.I don’t think I could find anyone better!

They were excellent! Ac stopped cooling this past Sunday. Reached out to them and there were able to get out here and fix it super quick. Did I mention it was on Sunday! Ended up being a capacitor and a breaker switch. They were professional and very fast. Had me back up and running in under 30 minutes. Thanks again and I shall use them again in the future.

High praises for Brock. My other service provider was not going to be able to get someone out until almost two days later. (Not upset with them, I understand the demand in the summer) I found this company on Google and it had high reviews. I decided to give them a call and I’m glad I did. All the reviews in my opinion are true because I can dido what the say. I called Brock around noon and he was able to make time and come out a few hrs later. He fixed the capacitor in no time and had my A/C running within 15 min. I was greatly thankful, especially in this summer heat. He will be my go-to person from now on. Highly recommend!!
