Had a really good experience with Victoria Aircon Service. They were easy to deal with from the beginning, quick to respond and showed up on time. The team was friendly and explained everything clearly without rushing us. The installation was done neatly and they cleaned up properly before leaving. The system is working great so far. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for aircon installation.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron, Qiang Ge, and Shiyuan for the installation of a new air conditioning system, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Aaron, the team leader, was particularly impressive—clear in his communication, highly organised, and always focused on delivering quality results. He took the time to explain the installation process and ensured everything was done to a high standard. Excellent customer service as well. He took the effort to get a matching silicone from nearby Bunnings. Qiang Ge and Shiyuan were equally professional, courteous, and hardworking throughout the job. Their attention to detail and teamwork really stood out.
The installation was completed smoothly, on time, and with minimal disruption. They left the space spotless, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this team went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Aaron, Qiang Ge, and Shiyuan to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality aircon installation services.

Being ineligible for the VEU rebate made installing air conditioners in my three bedrooms during the summer of EOY 2024 quite expensive. If it’s not absolutely necessary, I wouldn’t recommend installing air conditioners in summer.
I contacted more than 10 providers, and Victoria Aircon was the only one that didn’t have a long waiting list and offered a reasonable price during the EOY 2024 Christmas holiday.
The weather on the installation day was unpleasant, as it had been drizzling and cold until the work was completed. This may have contributed to hidden failures down the line.
Their after-sales warranty service is the main reason I’m taking the time to write this complimentary review. Unlike some VEU outsourcing companies that act as empty shells, this company truly honours their warranty commitments responsibly and promptly. A tricky issue was resolved soon by a skilled in-house technician without any extra charges.
