Incredible service this afternoon. Connor and Josh were very professional and knowledgeable. Connor explained everything I needed to know and asked questions to see if I had any other concerns. They did a thorough check of our system after the repair/replacement to make sure it was all good to go.

I reached out to WestOz after asking for a recommendation on a local Facebook page. Kyle and the installation team were fantastic. They explained the aircon setup thoroughly and I’m quite pleased with their work. However, I’d like to suggest changing the admin and accounts people.

I called early on the week to confirm the Friday installation start time so I could arrive on time at the property. Although I don’t live there I’m only 15 minutes away and I wanted to ensure I’d be there before the team arrived. Ashley was quite rude. When I asked my question she asked “excuse me but for which property is this call for?” I had already given her the address. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to confirm the time as if it inconvenienced her. I’d really appreciate a friendlier person handling customer service calls. I was considering another company because of her but I’d have lost my deposit.

I paid the invoice on the day I received the final invoice and naturally asked them to confirm my payments via email. It took over a week and a phone call to get a response. I understand it’s peak summer but not hearing back over a week is frustrating. Their replies are slow and the invoice I requested is still pending. I’ve been chasing that invoice for over two weeks.

The service, quality, communication and genuine care we received from Connor was like no other. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he takes enormous pride in his work. He was punctual, knowledgeable, honest and incredibly thorough — explaining everything clearly and making sure the job was done properly. This is the kind of service you hope for but rarely get. Connor sets a benchmark for what exceptional customer service should look like. Could not recommend him more highly. Thank you, we will be booking in with you for all years to come.
